Terms of Service

Piksel Kutusu is a QR code-based photo and video sharing platform for events. Through our service, you can create events, generate unique QR codes, and enable your guests to upload photos and videos.

The platform offers features including event creation and management, QR code generation and sharing, photo and video upload/download, gallery viewing and live slideshow, and password-protected gallery access.

You need to create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for your account security; you must keep your password confidential and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

Individuals under the age of 18 may not create an account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service in a way that violates the rights of others, disrupts platform operations, or for malicious purposes.

The following content is strictly prohibited from being uploaded:

Content that violates these rules may be removed without prior notice and your account may be suspended.

You retain ownership rights to the photos and videos you upload. By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content within the scope of our service.

The design, logo, software, and other intellectual property elements of the Piksel Kutusu platform belong to Piksel Kutusu and may not be used without permission.

Piksel Kutusu offers various packages with different features and limits. Each package is purchased with a one-time payment per event — there are no subscriptions. Package details and pricing are listed on our pricing page.

Piksel Kutusu provides a digital service that becomes immediately available upon successful payment and event creation. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available as a general rule once the service has been activated. However, we will consider refund requests in the circumstances outlined below.

When refunds are granted:

• If a payment was successfully processed but your event was not created due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.
• If the event has not been used (QR code not shared, no photos or videos uploaded) and the refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the payment date, a full refund will be issued.

When refunds are not granted:

• The QR code has been shared or at least one photo or video has been uploaded.
• More than 24 hours have passed since the payment date.
• The event date has already passed.
• The request is based on dissatisfaction with package features or a change of mind.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment card or account within 5–10 business days.

While we strive to provide the highest availability possible, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.

Upload limits are determined by your chosen plan. File size and format restrictions are specified on the upload page.

Piksel Kutusu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the relevant service.

Responsibility for content uploaded by users lies with the person who uploaded it. Piksel Kutusu does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user content.

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account with or without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms.

When an account is closed, your events and uploaded content will be deleted within the timeframe specified in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or through our website when significant changes are made. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of TRNC courts.
