Event Information: Event names, descriptions, dates, and settings you create.

Uploaded Content: Photos and videos uploaded to event galleries, along with their metadata (file size, format, upload time).

Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and page visit statistics.

We use the information we collect to: create and manage your account, provide event creation and QR code sharing services, process photo and video upload/download operations, improve our services and resolve technical issues, fulfill our legal obligations, and ensure your account security.

Photos and videos uploaded to our platform are securely stored on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure. Original quality of uploaded content is preserved, and optimized versions are generated for gallery viewing.

Event owners have the right to manage, download, and delete all content uploaded to their events. Photos uploaded by guests are subject to the privacy settings determined by the event owner.

We do not process or share EXIF data from your photos with third parties.

Essential Cookies: Required for session management, language preference, and security (CSRF protection). Our service cannot function properly without these cookies.

Functional Cookies: Used to remember your language preference and session information.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your account information is retained as long as your account remains active. Event data and uploaded content are retained for the duration set by the event owner. When you delete your account, all your personal data and associated content will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

You have the following rights: request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to data processing, and request data portability.
