Photo limits depend on your subscription package. Our Free tier allows up to 10 photos per event, while our premium packages (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) offer significantly higher limits - up to unlimited uploads with our Gold package. Check our pricing page for detailed information.

Photos are stored securely based on your package tier. Free events keep photos for 30 days, while premium packages offer extended storage periods up to permanent storage with our Gold package. We'll always notify you before any photos are scheduled for deletion.

Absolutely! Event organizers can download all photos as a ZIP file directly from their dashboard. You'll receive all photos in their original quality, preserving every precious memory from your event.

Yes! We take security seriously. All uploads are encrypted during transfer and stored securely in the cloud. Only you (the event organizer) have full access to manage the gallery. You can also enable moderation to review photos before they appear publicly.

Yes! We offer over professionally designed QR code templates for the Gold and Silver categories - from elegant wedding designs to fun birthday themes and professional corporate styles. You can choose the one that best matches your event's aesthetic.

Guests can upload common image formats including JPEG, PNG, and HEIC (iPhone photos). We also support short video clips in MP4 format. Files are automatically optimized for web viewing while we preserve the originals for download.
